Shipping Policy

All orders are carefully packed and shipped from our headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark, using trusted and reliable logistics partners. We take pride in ensuring every handmade piece reaches you safely and beautifully.

International Shipping

We offer worldwide delivery — however, please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping Rates (Europe):

Standard Shipping: €10

Free Shipping for orders above €75

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address (including phone number and any specific delivery instructions). Orders must be signed for upon delivery, so kindly ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.

If the address or contact details are incomplete, our team will contact you for clarification. If we do not receive a response after two attempts, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday and will be attempted up to 3 times. If a delivery fails after these attempts or if you request an address change after dispatch, additional shipping charges may apply.

Please allow up to 20 working days for delivery after dispatch, although most orders arrive within 5–7 working days.
